We focuse on 8 product lines,Aerosol cosmetics,sunscreen,OTC,body care,hair care,skin care & hair colour. What is the MOQ of mass production? It depends on the products’s capacity and packaging type. We support low MOQ starting at 5,000-10000pcs. We will provide packing suggestions and budget to customers according to the requirements. Can you customize the samples/formulation according to my ingredients and efficacy? We can customize it to your designated ingredients, efficacy, texture, color, and fragrance based on our mature formulas. Can I get the ingredient list before testing the samples? We will provide formula sheet(including INCI name,CAS number and percentage) after you confirm the final sample and start the official order. However, we will let you know the main ingredients of the product before testing the samples. Can I purchase your products only in bulk? How is the MOQ? Yes. Each bulk MOQ is 100kg. Can I make my own logo / brand product with a private label? Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services,including the label, packages, display box, outer carton and the formula sheet. Can I purchase my own packaging and send it to your factory to fill the finished product for me? Yes. But we need you to send us some samples to test before you place your order for packagings, such as bulk and packaging stability and compatibility test to avoid the quality problems. What custom services can you provide? We can provide services such as product formula customization, packages tests,selection and reference of packages, bulk stability and compatibility test, benchmarking samples analysis,packaging design and shipping agent. How long is the leading time of production? The leading time of aerosol products is around 18-25 days. Leading time of OTC drugs is around 35~40days,cause we had to test every raw materials to ensure the components complies with the COA. Leading time of the regular products like skin care ,body care ,hair colour ,sunscreen is 25~35day,depending on different materials and bottle molds. When the packaging is ready, the time for mass production is 7-10 days. It can be controlled according to the actual situation of the order, please feel free to contact us. What is the shipping time for the finished product? It depends on the mode of transportation, ship by sea, rail,the general shipping time is 25-35 days.If ships by air ,it costs about 8~10days.
